Effective 1/28/19 both Kor180 locations have closed. Members should have received an email regarding this closure but you may not have received this email for a few reasons:
- You have "unsubscribed" from our emails at some point, in this case Active Campaign (our email provider) would have pulled you from the email delivery.
- Your email provider may have marked a mass email as "spam"
All clients should have received an automatic system notification on 1/29 that they have been early cancelled from all classes. If you opted out of these notifications then you may not have received these emails.
All auto-pay memberships were terminated on 1/29. There were 3 memberships that processed on 1/29 although we worked with our processor to cancel. Those payments were voided the same day and should appear as a refund in 5-10 business days. We do not control the speed at which these charges are refunded.
Our web developer did not pull our "New Client Special" on the date initially requested. As a result a handful of these offers were purchased on 1/30 but were immediately refunded. Those refunds should appear on your credit card statement in 5-10 business days. We do not control the speed at which charges are refunded.
