I found Kor180 after four long months of physical therapy, chiropractic, and acupuncture for a frozen shoulder, a condition where your shoulder becomes painful, stiff, and hard to move. As I got back into CrossFit, I literately couldn’t lift anything at all! I’m 55 and I have Osteopenia, because of that I felt it was very important to do weight training to increase my bone density. After a week of working out on the reformer, I felt my bad arm starting to get stronger and that I was gaining back some of the mobility in my shoulder. After five months with Kor180, I’ve gained back 90% of my mobility and strength in my shoulder. It has given me the ability to workout again and to be healthier. By doing pilates five days a week on the reformer and doing spin classes twice a week, I am able to lift heavier, get stronger, squat lower, stretch deeper, gain better balance, eliminate stiff sore muscles from lifting, and run faster.
