Step Outside of Fear

Life is scary sometimes...well, a lot of the time.

There is so much that is out of our control, often times we find ourselves completely overwhelmed and feeling hopeless. Fear is a nasty emotion. It corrodes the brain and convinces us that we need to feel negative energy around something that hasn't truly happened yet.

You see, fear is never about the present moment; it is always rooted in the past or the future. I like to use an acronym for fear: False-Evidence-Appearing-Real. Think about something that you are worrying about. Ask yourself, "Has this happened yet? What is it that I actually want to put my attention on?"

I call this the process of pivoting energy. The goal is to identify what thought is causing the stress (stress is a code word for fear) and then visualize what it is you want to feel (peace of mind) and play out that scenario in your head. For example, you may be feeling fear about lack of money. Can you visualize what it would feel like to have all the abundance you desire? What would that look like in your life? When you pivot your energy and attention on what you DO want (instead of what you don't), you are able to stay in alignment with the law of attraction.

Being fearless means staying rooted in the present moment so that you are able to see things as they are and align yourself with what you want. Be fearless by saying "out of this ONLY good will come!"
