We've all been there before...

  • Traveling
  • Babysitter cancelled
  • Only have 20 minutes

So what do we do? We bail on our workout. The biggest misconception is that we have to make MAJOR changes in our lives & routines to live healthier lives, when in fact, it takes lots of smaller changes.
