I like to start my day with a short mantra after meditating. A mantra I can remember and repeat with simplicity and ease. "Be committed" is a wonderful mantra that leads towards a powerful life.

Committing moment to moment allows us to move into life with ease. We're stepping into something wonderful and letting go of what no longer serves us. Committing to our health can start with that one word "I commit". Doing this sets into motion the small moment to moment changes that will make big differences. We can let go of excuses, and step into a powerful life with this simple mantra.

When we commit to ourselves, we set ourselves free. Free to move forward into possibility.
