Cha Cha Cha Chia Cereal

Chia Cereal (makes two servings)

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 1 tsp alcohol free vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp Happy Hemp seeds
  • Sweetener of your choice

Instructions

  • Add the chia seeds into a mug, jar, glass, or bowl. Then pour the coconut milk on top and give it a quick stir.
  • Let it sit for at least 15 minutes or overnight in the fridge. The chia will absorb the coconut milk and have a pudding like consistency. (You can always add more coconut milk to get your desired consistency.)
  • Right before eating, chop up your banana, add the vanilla extract, toss in the hemp seeds, and sweeten with your sweetener of choice!

This recipe is the perfect breakfast or pick me up meal! Packed with protein and much more, you'll want to make sure to add this to your menu really soon!
